    During GSI's 1st trip to Kenya, Ms. Peterson's  heart felt, her hand touched, and her eyes witnessed the dis-ease of human suffering due to the lack of medical resources and basic needs. She left passionate & determined to send medical supplies & equipment to Africa.    

    By partnering with a church, coordinating a fundraiser in Atlanta, at The Carter Presidential Center, & meeting government officials in Nairobi, Kenya, over $250,000 worth of medical supplies were received in the Rift Valley of East Africa. Seriously persevering, GSI has made 3 trips to Kenya & 1 trip to South Africa with Atlanta's civil rights leaders.  

    Prior to the pandemic, GSI was preparing for a trip to Ghana, West Africa, where medical supplies were received in the Western Region.
